Return & Refund Policy

We aim to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving your order, in accordance with Saudi E-Commerce Law.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition as received.
    • In its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Installed or used bathroom and kitchen fixtures (e.g., faucets, showers, toilets, wash bowls, bath tubs).
  • Custom-made or special-order items.
  • Items marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale.”

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product:
  2. Provide your order number, photos of the product (if damaged or defective), and reason for return.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for pickup or drop-off.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item: Fahras AlKhaleej Trading EST will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days via the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.

6. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team.
